Here we are Seniors! Graduation is getting closer and for just a few more months we will be stepping out from this institution which we used to call home. Those happy and crazy memoirs that we’ve made and shared will soon be a part of our past. Our foot prints will never just be a dust for a single blow.
ICT. At first,I thought of having complications on handling this subject but all those were vanished as we stepped into a place where you can see a lady with a mesmerizing smile.
3rd grading period is near to end. It is natural for every student to encounter difficulties in the field where they are now so as a ICT student, I also encountered problems especially with this topic that we had-web page design. It was one the most interesting yet requires the best patience ever.
Moving on, I will try to extend my patience in everything that I do and I will give my fullest.

2010 is over and we are now heading 2011. It’s a new morning for every dreaming hearts, a new step to take, a new chapter of our life to begin with.
Taking a glimpse to my yesteryear, success wasn’t that easy. It was a war between me and those raining arrows of quandary. I was with my strong determination plus my burning desire to pursue what I have started and to grasp what I am aiming for.
I humbly admit that problems come and go in my life. There were times that I nearly give up because of those booming problems but I just pushed through it. There were bad attitudes that I wanted to slowly reduce and soon to eliminate. I hate myself when I can’t get rid of being a back fighter sometimes. I hate myself when I become sensitive of some issues and topics. I hate myself when I can no longer control my laughing habit. I hate myself when I used to utter bad words from my mouth. I hate myself when I used to go through “maňana habit”. This 2011, I will begin to love myself.
Expect changes. This is an additional page of my life.
Cool tap of air. Attractive smiles. Nonstop burps. A mammoth crowd with never- ending chuckle and soft voices humming. Terrifying booms and bangs. No doubt, it is Christmas time!
Hearts have spoken already. Mouths have uttered the words and it's just up to you to listen with your hearts and not just with your ears.
It has been often said that Christmas is the birth of Christ and it is a must for us to remember His birth. It is a simple way of saying thank you for all the sacrifices He made just for our salvation. Yes, it is absolutely correct but it's not just about simply reminiscing because we prefer to make Him at His happiest by bringing the true essence of Christmas into life. With that, He will surely SMILE.
Christmas is not just about going from one house to another and singing Christmas songs then waiting for the money they will be giving BUT it's about singing the Christmas songs for them without waiting for any amount and letting them feel that they are not alone this Christmas. It's not just letting those thunderous fireworks explode BUT it's about making peace in everyone's heart and mind. It's not just about having a perfect attendance during the "Misa de Gallo" BUT it's about putting God in our hearts always. It's not just receiving gifts BUT it's about giving and sharing a little of what you have to those who are less fortunate. It's not just about you BUT it's about us. Christmas is about LOVE and PEACE.
Bring this in to reality and make everyday a Christmas day.

The progress and success of our society depends on us. We are raindrops and together we can make an ocean. I will not be able to do the change alone. Maybe, I’ll be able to do little things but compare it when we will be functioning together. There’s a big difference between the two. So if we are eager to achieve the triumph of our society, let’s make a good relationship to others.
We cannot attain good relationship for just a snap of our finger, it will take time. it is being earned. RESPECT. It begins here. We need to respect each other especially our differences and learn to accept it. CARE. We need to listen to them with our hearts and not just with our ears.
If we will be able to gain good relationship to others, we can now set our main target-to make out society run in the line of progress.
Let’s work hand in hand and uphold this relationship that we have. Mark this permanently in our hearts.
For just a blink of an eye our semestral break was over. As I turned my head back and take a glimpse to the yesterdays, I can visualize myself simply walking through the isles of Ilocos Sur National High School.
Semestral is one of the most awaited days for every student because it is the answer to their stressful days. It is our time to relax and feel from those unending assignments and mind-knotting lessons.
“Hoy!!!Agsimpa kayo’n a!” Those were the lines I freshly remembered. I spent tiresome days here in school. We practiced for the street dancing competition for the celebration of TWILIGHT FESTIVAL sponsored by the Vigan City Government. I really enjoyed those days of practice but I get bored most of the time. I think I am looking for someone to be with that time. We were not that fortunate when we joined the said competition because we were defeated by those professional dance groups yet we did our very best and it just happened that the other contingents were better than us. Regrets never exist!
This was my break, hectic yet worth remembering. Friends, how about you?

As we go on through the voyage of life, we encountered dilemma and we needed to face them zestfully and scientifically. We are going to revive the near of forgetting scientific attitudes that an individual must possess. We are going to bring them to life.
It has been often said that FILIPINNOVATION is the only way forward. Yes, they are right. We talked a lot but action is much needed. It's never too late to Filipinnovate.
Everyone, the time to act is now. Move and get involved.
As we take a closer look to the reality, we can see those hungry people around, we can hear those little voices crying for help and we can feel that the world is suffering. We are slowly drowning.
Everyone is dreaming to have a great future ahead of them. A more progressive and a better country to live at. Its been a hanging question for everyone how to attain these stars. They wanted to seek answers behind the mystery of it. They are eager to reach those ambitions for themselves and for the country.
English language has been often said to be the universal language. Yes, it's a fact. It isn't easy to gain cooperation so we must first be united or in-tack in a single language. Different mouths and colors but with the same words can work together efficiently. Through English as a language, we can communicate effectively and it may result to a much progressive country.

As I imagined life without teachers , it seemed to be a blank-page of a paper. No certain direction and there is a blurred vision for tomorrow. There was one who quoted that we, the students are like seedlings slowly growing up and our teachers are our care takers. Yes, he was right. Our teachers showered us unending love, understanding, patience and good values in life. I appreciated much the sleepless nights of our teachers finalizing the lessons to be fed to us the next day, their dedication to their work and the way they took good care of us despite of our hardheadedness. Others may see these as small things but for me these small things will bring enormous changes to my life, a new meaning and a better living. In my life's voyage, HEROES are in the person of our teachers. They may not fight a war but they will fight the dilemmas of our country with our help and cooperation. i will never disappoint my teachers who has given their fullest just for me to have a stable life and to achieve greater heights.
I’m a true blooded Filipino in my heart, in my mind and in my soul.
Our national language serves to be the bridge and sign for unity. It is a precious gem that we really need to treasure for the rest our lives. Without our own National language that will connect us from one to another, we will suffer and experience disorganized way of living. In preserving our language it really requires love and respect. Love it as you love yourself.
“We are for the nature and the nature is for us.” God has given us this paradise for a particular reason and that is, to serve as an answer to our necessities. He put onto our shoulders the responsibility of being the care takers of His creations here in the world.
We can not make it work or we can’t be that successful in taking care of it without our national language because we can’t communicate effectively to others if we have different languages or dialects and one may misinterpret the other. No unity will exist from these numerous dialects.
So, national language is vital to everyone’s lives.
Philippines was left behind by other giant countries and we only mean like dust to them so we must strive harder and do things better.
Mabuhay ang masang Pilipino. Mabuhay ang bansang Pilipinas.
Excitement ruled in me from the time I had my first step in our seniors’ life. I can see same old faces but I had my foresight of bumping into new attitudes of this people I have seen before. My junior life is one of the most worth remembering moments to be treasured forever. Very high expectations were constructed in my mind and I thought of having a more relaxed class but my dream suddenly vanished when a soothing voice called for my attention, “Rosbert, go to the board and answer….”
I have met an enthusiastic lady with a beauty queen kind of poise in walking that we really admired. She is an appetizer to the morning of every student. She is our adviser and our teacher in Advanced Physics.
Physics has never been my favorite subject since third year. It’s just that I don’t find this subject as interesting as others. Now that I’m here stepping in the 4th year class, I’m encountering more dilemmas. Brain twisting discussions, endless assignments, and complicated seat works with an allotted time which is too short, it’s just a like a high-speed type of test. “I liked surprises but not surprise quizzes.”
The problem in me now is that I can’t cope up with our lessons especially when component methods exists. I can easily analyze some but when the time we will be having a test, it seemed that reviewing didn’t work at all.
I’ve realized a big mistake when I was in my junior life, that was the way when I took Basic Physics for granted. Now, instead of blaming me I just focus on today’s existence and trying to seek for an answer for these problems of mine. I am listening more attentively this time and taking some important notes once in a while. No sense of writing without the words and thoughts of your teacher who is more knowledgeable in the topic than anyone else inside the room.
“We cannot change the past; we can only learn form it and try to avoid the same mistakes in the future.” Moving on, I will lift myself a little higher than my today’s level and that is if I’m going to study harder.
I am a dreamer and I know I can hurdle the entire obstacles on my way. I have the “burning desire” to pursue my dreams and achieve greater heights. Believe in the beauty of your dreams. In everything we do, it requires hard work, patience and we must possess the right attitude. Those are the ingredients of having a brilliant future. I never want myself be left behind by others. I will never be an unlighted candle for the rest of my life. I will never be the shadow of the real me. I am a star who wants to glow brighter. I will never let them pull me down. I need to climb a mountain for me to get into the peak of it where I can find the fulfillment of my infinite visions.”I will stop when I’m done.” Yes, I may fail but I’m not afraid to fail. Learn to stand after the dilemma you’ve encountered. I believe that in all droughts, the rain will still come. Do things with big heart. “I will fight the battle. I will finish the race. I will keep my faith in Him always.”
